Shannon Peck graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a degree in Chemistry. She is currently working as a Senior Product Specialist specializing in X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzers. In her role, she is responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, application training, and technical consultation for customers. She works closely with sales teams and end users to ensure optimal instrument performance and to support a wide range of analytical applications.
