Hand Scanner for TOFD weld inspection on flat plates, pipes, and curved surfaces. One encoded axis. Kit includes one TOFD Hand Scanner frame, two TOFD probe holders, two frame bars (150mm and 250mm long), a Mini-Wheel encoder, two 2.5m LEMO-00 to Microdot probe cables, two 10 MHz-3 mm (C563-SM) and two 5MHz-6mm (C543-SM) composite TOFD transducers with Microdot connector, a pair of 45 degree , 60 degree , and 70 degree TOFD wedges with irrigation and carbide wear pins (ST1-45L-IHC, ST1-60L-IHC, ST1-70L-IHC), and one carrying case. Pre-Amplifier kit is available as an option (5682-KIT01)

Overview
The Evident HST-X04 time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) manual scanner offers an efficient, low-cost, and versatile weld inspection solution.
Applications
- Manually deployed single-axis scanner for use on plate, pipe, and curved surfaces
- Applicable to pipes, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and structural components
- Operates in any orientation, either on flat surfaces or on pipes up to 51-mm (2 in.) OD.

This HST-X04 Scanner kit can be further configured to fit the broad range of Evident TOFD and pulse-echo probes and wedges, including the composite product line.
