RexoFORM
Our innovative RexoFORM™ wedge with a Rexolite delay line is optimized for phased array 0° and angle beam inspection. Its unique design adapts to pipes of different diameters without the need for multiple curved wedges. Compatible probes include our standard A12 and A14 models, making the RexoFORM wedge an affordable PA inspection solution.
RexoFORM Wedge
Thickness and Flaw Inspection Solutions
Overview
Perform quick and easy phased array (PA) corrosion mapping on smooth surfaces and in limited-access areas:
- Smaller, lighter, and well-suited for tight spaces and rope-access needs
- Excellent surface coverage
- Operates without the need for a continuous water supply

Versatile Corrosion Mapping Solution
Simple, small, and easy to use, the RexoFORM wedge can be used as part of semiautomated scanner configurations including with compatible models such as the ChainSCANNER™ and GLIDER™ scanners. When a continuous water supply is unavailable and/or in limited access areas, the RexoFORM wedge offers a practical manual scanning solution on its own or with the VersaMOUSE™ scanner and its indexing button. To perform encoded data acquisition, the RexoFORM wedge can be mounted with the Mini-Wheel™ encoder.
Configurations
Manual Encoded Inspection
The RexoFORM wedge and Mini-Wheel encoder for limited-access areas.
The RexoFORM wedge and VersaMOUSE scanner for one-line encoded scans, or 2D mapping using the integrated indexing button.
Semiautomatic Scanning
The RexoFORM wedge and GLIDER scanner for XY mapping of large, smooth vessels and flat surfaces.
The RexoFORM wedge and ChainSCANNER configuration for XY mapping of smooth pipes.
